As autumn’s colors shift and the air turns crisp, join us for a restorative Forest Bathing Walk that celebrates the wisdom of changing seasons.


We’ll begin with a 1-hour guided forest bathing walk, slowing down to notice the subtle transitions in nature—falling leaves, shifting light, and the quiet rhythm of October. Through gentle invitations, you’ll be guided to deepen your awareness, connect with your senses, and find calm in the beauty of the present moment.

Following the walk, you’ll have 30 minutes of self-led creative time. Bring along a journal, sketchbook, or a small craft project, or simply use found natural objects to create art outdoors. This is your time to capture insights, express yourself, or simply sit in quiet reflection as the season changes around you.
